Decision emails you can preview before they go
Write your own acceptance, waitlist and not-accepted messages, or keep the kind defaults. Click “Show the email” to see exactly what an artist will receive. Acceptance emails list the accepted work and your drop-off, show and pick-up dates automatically.
Changed your mind? That’s fine.
If a waitlisted artist moves into the show, change the decision on their entry and choose whether to email them. Paper entries with an email address get their email too.
Awards, recorded and announced properly
List your awards with a prize, an optional cash amount and a sponsor. Choose winners from accepted work, a whole entry or one piece. Nothing is public until you release the awards; then winners are emailed and the awards appear on your exhibition page.

Questions people ask
Can we send acceptances before rejections?
Yes. Release one decision group at a time, accepted first if you like. Each artist is emailed once, no matter how many times you click.
Can artists reply to the decision email?
Yes. Replies go to your organization’s contact email, and every email links to the artist’s entry page.
Do we pay extra for sending emails?
No. Confirmation, reminder, decision and award emails are all included.
