Cookie Policy
Last updated October 13, 2026
Cookies are small files a website saves in your browser. GalleryEntry uses only the ones it needs to work. We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies, so there’s nothing to accept or turn off.
The cookies we use
- Signed-in cookies (names starting with
ge.): remember that you’re signed in, on GalleryEntry and on every organization’s GalleryEntry page. They’re removed when you log out or after a period without use. - “I’m not a robot” check: when you create an account or sign in, Cloudflare Turnstile checks that you’re a person. It may set its own cookie for that check only. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
Things your browser remembers for you
Some screens remember small preferences on your own computer, such as a filter you chose. This stays in your browser and isn’t sent to us.
What we don’t use
No advertising cookies, no social media trackers and no cookies that follow you to other websites.
Paying online
When you pay an entry fee online, you go to Stripe’s or PayPal’s own page. Those pages are run by Stripe or PayPal, not GalleryEntry, and use their own cookies under their own policies.
Turning cookies off
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block GalleryEntry’s cookies, you won’t be able to sign in.
