Questions people ask
Is GalleryEntry really free for our guild?
Yes, for up to 100 submitted entries a year, with unlimited calls, admins and jurors. Most small guilds never go past that. Larger organizations get a custom plan.
Our members aren’t comfortable with computers. Will this work?
It was designed for exactly that. Big text, plain language, autosave on every page, and a phone-friendly application. Volunteers can also enter paper applications for members who mail them in.
Can we keep taking checks?
Yes. Let artists choose to pay by check or cash, then record the payment when it arrives. You can offer PayPal too, or not.
