For community and nonprofit galleries
Open calls without the per-entry tax.
Most entry services charge you for every artist who applies. GalleryEntry doesn’t charge per entry, per call or per juror, so a popular open call never becomes an expensive one.

A call page you’re proud of
Your banner image, your prospectus and every date, on a page that looks like a gallery made it.
Jurors from anywhere
Invite a guest juror by email. They score from home, blind, on any tablet or laptop.
The show, online
Accepted work becomes an online exhibition with award winners, at no extra cost.
Everything an open call needs
Categories with their own fees, your own questions, agreements artists must accept, a limit on pieces per artist, and image size rules. Schedule the call to open by itself and close at midnight your time.

A guest juror, handled gracefully
Send one invitation. Your juror creates a free account from the email in a minute, reads your instructions, and scores one large image at a time. You choose exactly what they see; names and contact details are never sent to them.

From decisions to opening night
Release decisions in your own words, with drop-off and pick-up dates included automatically. Announce awards when you’re ready and publish the exhibition online with one click.

Questions people ask
How is this different from EntryThingy or CaFÉ?
Price and simplicity. They charge per entry and, in CaFÉ’s case, per call and per year. GalleryEntry is free up to 100 entries a year, includes the exhibition page and emails, and was designed for people who don’t like software.
Do artists pay a platform fee?
No. Artists pay only your entry fee, and it goes to you.
Can we use our own branding?
Your call pages show your organization’s name, logo and banner images on your own GalleryEntry address. GalleryEntry is mentioned only in a small line at the bottom.
Run your next show on GalleryEntry.
Free for your first 100 entries every year. Set up a call in an evening; artists apply from any phone.
